NOVELTY - The electrode has a bonding layer and a positive electrode material layer orderly formed on the surface of the current collector, where the bonding layer comprises a first adhesive, and the anode material layer comprises a second adhesive, a conductive agent, a positive electrode active material and a lithium-rich compound. A conductive agent comprises a first conductive agent and a second conductive agent, and the first conductive agent comprises a graphite powder, a conductive carbon black or an acetylene black. The second conductive agent comprises a graphene material and an one-dimensional carbon material. USE - Positive electrode for a hybrid capacitor (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The bonding layer can improve bonding ability of the current collector and the anode material layer, and reduces pole piece internal resistance, so that a lithium-rich compound and an anode active material can be matched with each other, thus improving energy density and multiplying power performance of the anode, and provides lithium ion into the cathode during charging process, and realizes non-prelithation of the cathode.
