NOVELTY - The panel (100) has substrate (130) that is arranged facing previous substrate (110). The conductive layers (120,140) are arranged on surface of the substrates. The substrates are made of flexible polymer. The electrodes (141) are electrically connected to the conductive layers. The conductive layers and electrodes are made of graphene. The spacers (170) are arranged on the conductive layers. An intermediate element (160) is arranged between the substrates. A protective layer is arranged on conductive layers. USE - Resistive-type touch panel for electronic device such as mobile phone, portable game player, personal digital assistant. ADVANTAGE - Since the conductive layers and electrodes are made of flexible graphene, the characteristic of the panel is improved efficiently, and the stable operation of the panel is achieved efficiently even when the panel is bent or twisted to the certain level.
