NOVELTY - The device has a refractive index probe provided with a coupling prism that is orderly arranged from bottom to top. A transparent substrate is combined on the transparent substrate surface of a graphene film. A surface of the graphene film is connected with a sample groove. The sample groove is filled with a tested sample. A direct contact of the surface of the sample is detected with the graphene film. An end of the sample groove is detachably connected with a sound wave generating device. Other end of the sample groove is provided with through holes. Each through hole is uniformly distributed at intervals and corresponding to each beam along the circumferential direction. USE - Graphene-based surface wave high-sensitivity multi beam refractive index detection device. ADVANTAGE - The device realizes medium refractive to-be-measured index with high sensitivity, and achieves high precision of medium refractive index measurements, and improves traditional refractive index measurement process sensitivity, and reduces response time, and increases the detecting precision.
