NOVELTY - The device has a horizontal cutting section provided with an inner tank (8). An end of the inner tank is provided with an oil inlet. Two ends of inner tank are provided with a filter screen (6). The inner tank is filled with a graphene anion ball (9). An outer side of the inner tank is provided with a shell (10). The shell and the inner tank are provided with a magnetic body (7). A rotary cutting section is provided with an oil passing pipe (3) that is provided with a rotary chamber line (5). The oil passing pipe is provided with a static magnetic shoe (2). An end of the oil passing pipe is connected with the inner tank. The rotary chamber line is connected to the inner tank. USE - Graphene and revolving magnetic interaction oil-saving device. ADVANTAGE - The device ensures multiplex fuel oil molecule processing effect and improves fuel saving efficiency.
