NOVELTY - Magnetic roller coating comprises 8-18 pts. wt. graphene, 0.2-1.2 pts. wt. methyl silicone oil, 2-12 pts. wt. silicone resin, 0.2-1 pt. wt. organic modified polysiloxane acrylic leveling agent, 0.2-2.5 pts. wt. fumed silica, 10-32 pts. wt. polyurethane acrylate, 0.01-15 pts. wt. hexanediol diacrylate, 1-8 pts. wt. 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone, 2-16 pts. wt. inositol hexaphosphate, 0.25-2.5 pts. wt. titanate coupling agent, 5-15 pts. wt. alicyclic epoxy resin and 10-18 pts. wt. zinc powder. USE - As magnetic roller coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating is electrically conductive after UV curing, and has high hardness, excellent wear resistance, tensile strength and UV curable property. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the coating, involving (a) uniformly mixing polyurethane acrylate, hexanediol diacrylate and 2-hydroxy-2-methyl-1-phenyl-1-acetone, uniformly stirring the mixture for 10-15 minutes at a speed of 800-1200 rpm, and adjusting the rotating speed to 2000-3000 rpm for 30-60 minutes to obtain mixture (I), (b) uniformly mixing silicone resin, alicyclic epoxy resin and inositol hexaphosphate at 800-1200 rpm for 10-30 minutes to obtain mixture (II), (c) uniformly mixing graphene, zinc powder, fumed silica, titanate coupling agent, methyl silicone oil and organic modified polysiloxane acrylic leveling agent at 800-1200 rpm for 10-30 minutes to obtain mixture (III), and (d) uniformly mixing obtained mixture (I), mixture (II) and mixture (III) at a speed of 800-1200 rpm for 10-30 minutes, and adjusting the rotating speed to 2000-3000 rpm for 10-30 minutes.
