NOVELTY - Graphene floating body, comprises 100 pts. wt. plastic substrate, 1-15 pts. wt. graphene, 0.3-2 pts. wt. light stabilizer, 0.3-1 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-15 pts. wt. color master-batch and 5-20 pts. wt. flame retardant. The graphene floating body is prepared by mixing the plastic substrate, graphene, light stabilizer, antioxidant, flame retardant and color master-batch uniformly by portion, adding the mixed materials into twin-screw extruder, carrying out the melt-extrusion, granulation and screening to obtain the raw material for preparing the floating body, and performing blow molding or extrusion molding on the obtained raw material for preparing the floating body into floating body. USE - The graphene floating body is useful in the marine photovoltaic power station floating system (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The graphene floating body: has good flame retardancy, good strength and toughness; and is antistatic, anti-aging and resistant to marine biological adsorption.
