NOVELTY - Polyimide hybrid airgel/phase change material composite film coated with polypyrrole comprises phase-change material as core material, where the polyimide hybrid airgel membrane is the porous skeleton, and the polypyrrole is the surface coating layer. The polyimide hybrid airgel is synthesized by using polyamic acid salt as a substrate, and metal-organic framework materials and carbon materials as doping fillers. USE - The polyimide hybrid airgel/phase change material composite film coated with polypyrrole is useful in the preparation of infrared/electromagnetic double stealth material (claimed). Can also useful in military equipment and electronic device. ADVANTAGE - The polyimide hybrid airgel/phase change material composite film coated with polypyrrole effectively realizes target infrared stealth and heat camouflage in wide temperature range, can be folded, adjustable shape, has good dynamic temperature control capability and microwave absorption performance, and realizes infrared and electromagnetic double stealth function effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for the preparation method of the polyimide hybrid airgel/phase-change material composite film of polypyrrole coating, comprising (1) adding dibasic acid anhydride, diamine and aminated metal-organic framework material into an organic solvent, performing polycondensation reaction to obtain to polyamic acid solution hybridized with metal-organic framework materials, adding an organic base, precipitate solid in an acetone solvent, filtering, and drying to obtain a polyamic acid salt solid hybridized with metal-organic framework material, (2) adding the polyamic acid salt solid of the metal-organic framework material into the dispersion solution containing the organic base, stirring, adding the carbon material, stirring, freeze-drying and heat imidizing to obtain polyimide hybrid aerogel film, (3) soaking the polyimide hybrid airgel film into the molten phase change material to obtain polyimide hybrid airgel/phase change material composite film, and (4) spraying the pyrrole solution on the surface of the polyimide hybrid airgel/phase change material composite film, oxidizing by the oxidant, and preparing polyimide hybrid airgel/phase change material composite film coated with polypyrrole.
