NOVELTY - The device has a base material layer selected as a substance with variable properties. A dielectric layer is located on a side of the base material layer. A metal pattern unit includes a set metal pattern. An end of a first metal strip is vertically connected to an end of the second metal strip. An end of the third metal strip is vertically connected to an end of the fourth metal strip. The base material layer material comprises vanadium dioxide, germanium-antimony-tellurium or graphene. A metal pattern layer gold, aluminum and copper material. The dielectric layer comprises polyimide, silicon dioxide or silicon materials. USE - Tunable terahertz device for an adjustable antenna (Claimed). ADVANTAGE - The device has high flexibility.
