▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Functionalizing a surface of a solid support with nanoparticles or microparticles involves reacting (A) monomer(s) with amine(s) (A) to obtain an amine-functionalized monomer, bringing the surface in contact with a composition comprising the obtained functionalized monomer, a polymerization initiator, a solvent and a polymerization inhibitor (optional), polymerizing the composition in contact with the surface to functionalize and obtain a surface coated with the amine-functionalized polymer, and contacting at least the coated surface with nanoparticles or microparticles functionalized with negatively charged ligands at a pH equal or less than the pKa of the amine (a1). The monomer is a monofunctional monomer, a bifunctional monomer, a trifunctional monomer or a tetrafunctional monomer, preferably monomers containing acrylate group, methacrylate group or epoxy group. The amine (A) is an amine (a1) and/or aminoacids, preferably natural aminoacids. USE - Functionalizing surface of solid support with nanoparticles or microparticles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Functionalizing a surface of a solid support with nanoparticles or microparticles involves reacting (A) monomer(s) with amine(s) (A) to obtain an amine-functionalized monomer, bringing the surface in contact with a composition comprising the obtained functionalized monomer, a polymerization initiator, a solvent and a polymerization inhibitor (optional), polymerizing the composition in contact with the surface to functionalize and obtain a surface coated with the amine-functionalized polymer, and contacting at least the coated surface with nanoparticles or microparticles functionalized with negatively charged ligands at a pH equal or less than the pKa of the amine (a1). The monomer is a monofunctional monomer, a bifunctional monomer, a trifunctional monomer or a tetrafunctional monomer, preferably monomers containing acrylate group, methacrylate group or epoxy group. The amine (A) is an amine (a1) of formula: NR1R2R3 and/or aminoacids, preferably natural aminoacids. R1-R3 = H or 1-8C linear or branched alkyl optionally substituted by R4;and R4 = -OH, -SH and aryl, preferably phenyl. (i) When R1-R3 are not H, at least one of R1-R3 is 1-8C linear or branched alkyl substituted by -SH and/or -OH (preferred). INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) nanoparticles or microparticles-functionalized polymer; (2) kit, which contains container(s) under an inert atmosphere or noble gas, and the polymer comprising polymerized amine-functionalized monomer units; and (3) use of polymer comprising polymerized amine-functionalized monomer units to functionalize solid support with nanoparticles or microparticles.
