NOVELTY - A graphene-doped aluminum composite is formed by crystallizing aluminum around substantially uniformly dispersed graphene. USE - Formation of graphene-doped aluminum composite for thermal management component selected from avionics chassis, heat spreader, heat sink, heat exchanger, radiator, or heat pipe (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - Graphene-doped aluminum can allow for increased heat dissipation and electrical conductivity with decreased volume and weight when compared to current aluminum or copper. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) composite material comprising graphene rings, each doped with greater than or equal to 1 aluminum crystal; and (2) thermal management component comprising graphene-doped aluminum composite body comprising graphene rings, each doped with greater than or equal to 1 aluminum crystal to define particles of the composite.
