NOVELTY - Graphene/nitrile rubber composite textile apron comprises 80-100 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 5-8 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 1-5 pts. wt. stearic acid, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, 1-2 pts. wt. accelerator NOBS, 1-3 pts. wt. sulfur, 30-50 pts. wt. reinforcing filler and 0.1-20 pts. wt. functional additives. USE - Used as graphene/nitrile rubber composite textile apron. ADVANTAGE - The composite textile apron improves strength, elasticity and abrasion resistance and conductivity of the textile apron. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene and nitrile rubber composite textile apron comprising (i) adding nitrile rubber into mill, mixing with speed of 150-250 revolutions/minute for 30-35 minutes to obtain rubber main material, then kneading at 80-95 degrees C for 30-40 minutes, (ii) adding zinc oxide, stearic acid and antioxidant into the mill, mixing with speed of 180-280 revolutions/minute for 40-55 minutes, and then kneading at 85-100 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (iii) adding reinforcing filler into an open mill, stirring at speed of 150-250 revolutions/minute for 40-55 minutes, and then kneading at 85-105 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (iv) adding functional additives into the mill, mixing at speed of 200-350 revolutions/minute for 50-60 minutes, then kneading at 80-95 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, (v) adding accelerator NOBS and sulfur into the mill, the mixing at speed of 150-250 revolutions/minute for 30-40 minutes, then mixing at 100-115 degrees C for 40-50 minutes, mixing evenly, (vi) vulcanizing product of step (v) under vulcanization condition of 150-200 degrees C and pressure of 10 MPa for 10-90 minutes to obtain a granular composition modified nitrile rubber material, and (vii) adding modified nitrile rubber material of the step (vi) into a mold, stamping and molding to obtain final product.
