▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The sequencing method involves addressing each graphene layer by applying voltage to each graphene layer on a one to one basis when a particular base of molecule is in a nanopore. Each graphene layers is an electrode. Individual electrical currents are measured for each graphene layer as the particular base moves from a first graphene layer through a last graphene layer in the nanopore. The identification of the particular base is determined according to the individual electrical currents repeatedly measured for the particular base moving from first graphene layer through last graphene layer. USE - Sequencing method for nanodevice. ADVANTAGE - Determines identification of particular base according to individual electrical currents based on measured values of individual electrical currents being same or nearly the same.
