NOVELTY - Preparation of nitrogen doped graphene involves mixing carbon source, nitrogen-containing compound and template agent, where the carbon source and template agent weight ratio is 1:1-1:100, and nitrogen-containing compound and carbon source weight ratio is 0.001:1-1:1; heating the mixture at 400-1200 degrees CoC for 0.1-24 hours to decomposition; and cooling to obtain the nitrogen doped graphene. USE - For preparation of nitrogen doped graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple and easy to operate. In the method, the reaction condition is relatively mild, normal, and low energy consumption.
