▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing a graphene tungsten-copper alloy comprises (i) providing a first mixture comprising copper powder and an optional dispersant; (ii) mixing the first mixture in a reaction furnace, at a first pressure, the first temperature and the first gas, preferably introducing the gaseous carbon source material, and reacting to obtain graphene modified copper powder; and (iii) mixing the graphene modified copper powder with tungsten powder, and sintering. USE - The method is useful for preparing a graphene tungsten-copper alloy. ADVANTAGE - The method: is simple and safe to process, utilizes cheap and readily available raw materials; and is environmentally-friendly, economical and suitable for large-scale popularization; prepares the graphene tungsten-copper alloy, which high abrasion resistance and high anti-ablative performance, and ensures (i) greater than or equal to 0.2 friction coefficient of alloy, (ii) greater than or equal to 2.5x 106 mm3/(Nm) wear rate of alloy, and (iii) 12000 microseconds of greater than or equal to 0.05% mass loss of the alloy after electric spark ablation. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) graphene tungsten-copper alloy, is prepared by the method; and (2) product, comprising the graphene tungsten-copper alloy.
