NOVELTY - Preparing graphene conductive ink comprises preparing copper-plated graphene, generating copper-plated graphene by magnetic control sputtering in-situ reaction, where the copper-plated graphene and the copper nano-particle are subjected to ball milling and mixing. The nano-scale PEDOT particles are mixed with the material to prepare the composite conductive material, the rosin modified maleic acid resin is dispersed into the propylene glycol butyl ether and water mixed solvent. The composite conductive material is dispersed into the mixed solvent of propylene glycol butyl ether and water at the same time, added to the solution and the other auxiliary agent is added to obtain the conductive ink. USE - Method for preparing graphene conductive ink for RFID antenna/label (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method through the copper-plated graphene, copper nano particles and polyethylene dioxythiophene particles, mechanical mixing, effectively overcome the agglomeration problem of each material, at the same time, increase the bonding force, make up the reduction of the conductivity caused by the defect, effectively improve the conductivity, and improve the adhesive force of the substrate.
