NOVELTY - A naphthol isomer simultaneous enriching and detecting method involves electrochemical reduction of graphene oxide sodium perchlorate solution as raw material, and reducing graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode in phosphate buffer solution. Electro-migration enrichment and pi - pi conjugation of naphthol isomers ( alpha - and beta ) processes are performed by using cyclic voltammetry and differential pulse voltammetry, followed by simultaneous detection of enrichment in electro-reduction naphthol isomers graphene oxide modified glassy carbon electrode. USE - Method for simultaneously enriching and detecting naphthol isomer. ADVANTAGE - The method enables simultaneously enriching and detecting naphthol isomer with highly conductive, large surface area and synergistic enrichment, hence improving detection sensitivity.
