NOVELTY - Preparing multilayer graphene/lithium iron phosphate compound material involves dispersing graphene powder in de-ionized water through supercritical intercalation and releasing graphene powder ultrasonically, adding phosphoric acid into graphene to obtain first solution, preparing lithium hydroxide solution which is recorded as second solution, stirring second solution and mixing with first solution to obtain mixed solution under protection of nitrogen with constant severe stirring and adding ferrous sulfate and glucose solution where molar ratio of lithium, iron and phosphorus is 3.3-3.5:1:1, transferring to high pressure kettle containing polytetrafluoroethylene heat preservation reaction, controlling temperature to 180-190 degrees C, after finishing reaction, collecting precipitate product by filtering and washing by deionized water and ethanol, drying overnight under vacuum conditions and annealing dried product to obtain graphene/lithium iron phosphate intercalation compound material. USE - Method for preparing multilayer graphene/lithium iron phosphate compound material used in lithium ion battery (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare multilayer graphene/lithium iron phosphate compound material shortens time of constant voltage charging.
