NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-silk three-dimensional porous nanocomposite involves dispersing sodium alginate in deionized water at a normal temperature in the ratio of 1:50, adding 1-100 gram/liter polyamidoamine (PAMAM) solution, where volume ratio of the PAMAM aqueous solution to sodium alginate aqueous solution is 1:1-1:10, reacting for 24 hours, repeatedly washing with distilled water and ethanol, and drying to obtain PAMAM modified sodium alginate. USE - Method for preparing graphene-silk three-dimensional porous nanocomposite. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-silk three-dimensional porous nanocomposite which has great application value in the absorbing material, biological material, and medical material field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-silk three-dimensional porous nanocomposite involves dispersing sodium alginate in deionized water at a normal temperature in the ratio of 1:50, adding 1-100 gram/liter polyamidoamine (PAMAM) solution, where volume ratio of the PAMAM aqueous solution to sodium alginate aqueous solution is 1:1-1:10, reacting for 24 hours, repeatedly washing with distilled water and ethanol, and drying to obtain PAMAM modified sodium alginate. The silk protein is dissolved in deionized water to prepare an aqueous solution of 1-100 g/liter, dripping aqueous ferric salt solution of 1-100 gram/liter into the silk fibroin solution at 50-80 degrees C, stirring uniformly, where mass ratio of silk protein and ferric salt is 1:1-10:1, stirring at 60 degrees C for 1 hours, adding PAMAM modified sodium alginate, ultrasonically mixing into mold in the presence of liquid nitrogen for 1 minutes, placing at -20 degrees C in refrigerator, pre-freezing for 6 hours at -80 degrees C thermo cryogenic refrigerator for 6 hours, placing in a freeze-dryer for 48 hours to obtain a magnetic porous composite. The graphene oxide aqueous solution with concentration of 1-100 gram/liter is configured, sonicated for 1 hour, added 1-100 gram/liter chloroauric acid solution, mixed uniformly, impregnated magnetic porous composite material onto graphene oxide and chloroauric acid mixed solution for 24 hours in the bath ratio of 1:50, repeatedly washed with ethanol and deionized water, placed in a reducing agent for reduction, repeatedly washed with ethanol and deionized water, and vacuum dried to obtain final product.
