NOVELTY - Preparation of uniform spherical graphene/single crystal copper composite powder comprises milling copper into copper sheet, coating copper sheet surface with polyvinyl alcohol, putting graphene oxide suspension solution, mixing until there is no black precipitate, and filtering to obtain copper surface-adsorbed graphene oxide sheet compound powder; subjecting sheet composite powder to high temperature treatment in hydrogen argon mixed atmosphere, stacking to obtain graphene/copper composite block stacked structure, and performing densification process; and melting and cooling. USE - Method for preparing uniform spherical graphene/single crystal copper composite powder (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method can control graphene concentration of adsorption, good spherical degree, controllable grain diameter, and narrow particle size distribution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of uniform spherical graphene/single crystal copper composite powder comprises milling copper into copper sheet, coating copper sheet surface with polyvinyl alcohol, putting graphene oxide suspension solution, mixing until there is no black precipitate, and filtering to obtain copper surface-adsorbed graphene oxide sheet compound powder; subjecting sheet composite powder to high temperature treatment in hydrogen argon mixed atmosphere, stacking to obtain graphene/copper composite block stacked structure, and performing densification process by hot pressed sintering under vacuum or gas protection or graphite/copper composite block discharge plasma sintering and microwave sintering; and melting and naturally cooling.
