NOVELTY - Preparing oxidized graphene by recycling oxidant, involves (i)uniformly, adding oxidant to completely dissolve, raising temperature for intercalation reaction, after finishing reaction, centrifuging or filtering and separating, separating to obtain filtrate and filter cake 2) adding hydrogen peroxide to not generate bubbles, obtaining oxidized graphene suspension; (3) carrying out solid-liquid separation to oxidized graphene suspension liquid ; 4) re-dispersing primary filter cake obtained in water, adding diluted hydrochloric acid to process for 0.1-4h at 50-85 ℃, centrifuging or filtering to obtain oxidized graphene rough filter cake, and then re-dispersing in water, centrifuging and filtering to obtain purified oxidized graphene, reacting mixed solution at 30-40℃ for 2-5h, centrifuging after finishing reaction to obtain residual oxidant solution and precipitate filter cake to obtain the oxidized graphene. USE - Method for preparing graphene oxide by recycling oxidant. Uses include but are not limited to electrochemical energy storage, catalysis, biological medicine and composite material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene oxide with low defect and high utilization rate of oxidant. The method is simple and fast synthesis method, simple and efficient in the purification process, and has little pollution.
