NOVELTY - Solvent-free steel structure anticorrosive coating comprises component A and component B in a weight ratio of 4 to 5:1, where the component B is epoxy curing agent, the component A comprises 20-45 wt.% modified epoxy resin emulsion, 15-35 wt.% modified graphene oxide hydrosol, 15-20 wt.% modified nanocomposite sol, 10-15 wt.% filler, 1-5 wt.% corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-2 wt.% anti-settling agent and 2-4 wt.% diluting agent. USE - Used as solvent-free steel structure anticorrosive coating. ADVANTAGE - The coating: has excellent adhesion to wet and rusted steel structures and no organic solvent release; ensures coating performance; is environmentally friendly; and has high corrosion resistance and excellent construction performance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the solvent-free steel structure anticorrosive coating, comprising (i) gradually adding aqueous solution of carboxymethyl chitosan to the aqueous epoxy resin, and stirring and reacting at 30-50 degrees C for 0.5-3 hours to obtain a modified epoxy resin emulsion, (ii) dispersing lignin sulfonate in deionized water, adding saccharifying enzyme, and ultrasonically treating for 0.5-1 hours to obtain activated lignosulfonate solution, dispersing tetrabutyl titanate in the pentaerythritol solution, adding the activated lignosulfonate solution, uniformly stirring, gradually adding the aminosilane coupling agent, adding the aqueous ammonia to adjust the pH of the system to be alkaline, stirring and reacting at 50-80 degrees C for 1-3 hours, adding 2-hydroxy-4-n-octyloxybenzophenone, and stirring and reacting for 0.5-2 hours to obtain a modified nanocomposite sol, (iii) dispersing the graphene oxide and melamine in an aqueous solution of glycerin, stirring and reacting at 40-50 degrees C for 12-24 hours, cooling to room temperature, adding cysteine, stirring and reacting for 3-5 hours, adding aluminum chloride, and uniformly stirring to obtain modified oxidized graphene hydrosol, (iv) adding modified epoxy resin emulsion to the reaction vessel, gradually adding the modified nanocomposite sol prepared in advance, stirring and dispersing for 15-20 minutes, adding filler, corrosion inhibitor, anti-settling agent and diluting agent, stirring and dispersing for 30-50 minutes, and gradually dropping the modified graphene oxide hydrosol and stirring for 15-30 minutes to obtain a solvent-free steel structure anticorrosive coating A component, and (v) gradually adding the component B to the component A before the use of the coating, dropping while stirring, and after filtering the screen, obtaining solvent-free steel structure anticorrosive coating.
