▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Anti-counterfeiting transfer film based on polyethylene terephthalate (PET) laser comprises a PET base film and is prepared by coating the laser modified paint on the PET base film to form a laser coating, soaking into the bentonite modified glue solution to form a modified composite layer, vacuum aluminum plating to form an aluminum plating layer and obtaining the anti-counterfeiting transfer film. USE - The film is useful in food, medicine, daily chemical products and tobacco. ADVANTAGE - The film has excellent temperature resistance, heat shrinkage and excellent mechanical property; adopts laser modified coating agent to form synergistic effect with the bentonite modified glue solution; enhances the performance of the product and improves the use efficiency of product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for producing anti-counterfeiting transfer film comprising (a) coating a laser modified coating agent on the PET base film, pressing the laser pattern on the laser coating by a mold pressing machine, forming a laser coating, (b) drying for 1-2 hours at 45-45℃, soaking into the bentonite modified glue, soaking for 1-2 hours, taking out, irradiating for 20-30 minutes by proton under the power of 100-150 W, finishing irradiation, (c) preheating for 20-30 minutes at 110-120℃, pressing for 5-10 minutes under the pressure of 10-20 MPa and (d) performing vacuum aluminum plating, forming an aluminum plating layer, re-rolling and cutting into finished product.
