▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing fluorine-doped graphene, comprises (i) mixing graphene and potassium bifluoride in a mass ratio of 1:3-12, adding water into the mixture, where the mass of water is 400-500 times the mass of the graphene, and mixing uniformly to obtain mixed solution, (ii) drying the obtained mixed solution to obtain pre-treated graphene, (iii) treating the obtained pretreated graphene at 250-300 degrees C for 500-700 minutes under the protection of an inert gas, and cooling to room temperature, and (iv) washing the obtained product with water until neutral, and drying to obtain final product. USE - Used as fluorine-doped graphene. ADVANTAGE - The fluorine-doped graphene is assembled into a half-battery, which specific capacitance of 290 F/g at a discharge current of 100 mA/g (1 mol/l lithium perchlorate/ethylene carbonate as electrolyte). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for fluorine-doped graphene prepared by above method.
