NOVELTY - A graphite oxide solution is ultrasonically dispersed to obtain graphene oxide solution. The graphene oxide solution is centrifuged to obtain colloidal precipitate. The colloidal precipitate is mixed with strong acid, ultrasonic reaction is carried out, washed and pH is adjusted, to obtain porous graphene oxide. The porous graphene oxide is reacted with reducing agent, to obtain porous graphene. USE - Preparation of porous graphene (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method economically provides porous graphene having large pore size distribution with high productivity, by a simple process.
