NOVELTY - A tensile sensor comprises a board, a sacrificial layer formed on the substrate, an electrode layer (L1) formed on the sacrificial layer, a polymer layer (PL1) formed on the sacrificial layer and layer (L1), an electrode layer (L2) having a higher elasticity than layer (L1), formed on the sacrificial layer and layer (L1) and formed to surround layer (L1), layer (PL1), and layer (L2), and a polymer layer (PL2) having a higher elasticity than layer (PL1). USE - Tensile sensor is used for wearable device. Uses include but are not limited to flexible robots, displays, smart watches for healthcare, and functional clothing. ADVANTAGE - The tensile sensor has reduced deformation of the stretchable material during the process. The electrical signal changed according to the tensile rate can be measured. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of the tensile sensor.
