▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Nitrogen-sulfur-doped carbon nanosphere prepared by solid phase microwave method comprises carbon source, nitrogen source, sulfur source, graphene energy powder, silane coupling agent KH-57, sodium alpha -alkenyl sulfonate, ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer, where the molar ratio between graphene energy powder, silane coupling agent KH-57, sodium alpha -alkenyl sulfonate and ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer is 0.06-0.15:0.02-0.04:0.03-0.05:0.1-0.2. USE - The nitrogen-sulfur-doped carbon nanosphere is useful in hydrogen storage, capacitors and photocatalysis fields (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method: has simple and easily obtained raw materials, simple technique, convenient operation; and is environmentally friendly, and suitable for mass production. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing carbon nanospheres by solid phase microwave method comprising (i) mixing carbon source, nitrogen source, sulfur source and sodium alpha -alkenyl sulfonate, grinding on agate mortar for 10-20 minutes to prepare mixture, (iii) grinding the graphene on agate mortar for 10-20 minutes to obtain powder having magnetic field strength of 6300-6800 GS and an ultrasonic power of 500-600 W, and stirring at 50-55 degrees C with a speed of 200-300 revolutions per minute for 30-40 minutes to obtain graphene energy powder, (iii) mixing the mixture obtained in the step (i), graphene energy powder obtained in the step (ii), alkane coupling agent KH-57 and ethylene-acrylic acid copolymer and grinding on agate mortar for 15-25 minutes, and placing in a microwave-specific glass beaker, then adding the beaker in the microwave, keep the temperature to medium or high heat, and naturally cooling the reaction to room temperature for 5-15 minutes to obtain reaction mixture, and (iv) grinding the post-reaction mixture obtained in the step (iii) on agate mortar for 10-20 minutes to obtain final product.
