NOVELTY - A graphene transparent conductive film comprises a flexible substrate, composite high transparency silica gel layer provided on one surface of the substrate, composite graphene film layer provided on the silica gel layer and optically clear adhesive layer provided on the other surface of the substrate. USE - Graphene transparent conductive film for transparent electrode of photoelectric device (claimed), flexible capacitor, sensor, touchscreen solar cell and organic LED. ADVANTAGE - The graphene transparent conductive film has improved surface flatness, clean surface, excellent integrity and photoelectric property, improved light transmittance, surface resistivity of more than 630 Omega /sq, and improved surface smoothness without residue.
