NOVELTY - The preparation method of graphene/ferroferric oxide composite material involves mixing graphene oxide and organic solvent (I), adding graphene oxide to organic solvent (I), adding iron ion salt and organic solvent (II) to dispersion liquid, dissolving iron salt in organic solvent (II), adding iron salt solution to graphene oxide dispersion liquid, ultrasonically processing graphene absorbing iron ion with positive charge to obtain positively charged graphene oxide dispersion liquid, and electrophoretic depositing on positive electrode and negative electrode sheets. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/ferroferric oxide composite material (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - The preparation method of graphene/ferroferric oxide composite material involves mixing graphene oxide and organic solvent (I) in weight ratio of 0.1-1 g:1 l, adding graphene oxide to the organic solvent (I), controlling the temperature at 20-40 degrees C and ultrasonic power of 150-300 W for 1-10 hours to obtain dispersion liquid, adding iron ion salt and organic solvent (II) in molar ratio of 0.5-10 mol:1 l to the dispersion liquid, dissolving iron salt in organic solvent (II) to obtain iron salt solution, adding iron salt solution to graphene oxide dispersion liquid, ultrasonically processing graphene absorbing iron ion with positive charge to obtain positively charged graphene oxide dispersion liquid, electrophoretic depositing on positive electrode sheet and negative electrode sheet, then adding copper, aluminum, nickel, stainless steel as conductive substrate, coating conductive substrate on conductive material as cathode pole piece of electrophoretic deposition bath, carrying out electrophoretic deposition process at 10-80 degrees C for 1-60 minutes, depositing positively charged graphene oxide dispersion liquid on the negative electrode sheet, then drying in oven, processing dried sample in inert gas at 200-400 degrees C for 1-4 hours, and cooling to room temperature. The organic solvent (I) and organic solvent (II) are 1-methyl-2-pyrrolidinone, tetrahydrofuran, dimethylformamide, butyrolactone, acetone or ethanol. The iron salt is ferric nitrate, ferric chloride, ferric sulfate or iron acetate. The concentration of iron ion is 0.1-5 mmol/l. The solid content of graphene oxide is 0.05-0.4 g/l.
