NOVELTY - Sewage heavy metal ion treatment agent comprises 32-56 pts. polyvinyl alcohol, 36-29 pts. graphene powder, 5-12 pts. modified sepiolite powder, 2-5 pts. modified chitosan, 18-24 pts. sodium tripolyphosphate, 32-36 pts. sodium aluminate, 10-14 pts. Musella lasiocarpa powder, 14-23 pts. phenolic resin and 3-9 pts. sodium lignosulfonate. USE - Used as sewage heavy metal ion treatment agent. ADVANTAGE - The treatment agent has strong ability in catching heavy metal ions, is environmentally-friendly and does not causes secondary pollution. The method is simple, economical and suitable for large scale industrial production of the product. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing treatment agent, comprising: (i) stirring polypropylene alcohol, graphene powder and modified sepiolite powder in a stirrer at a speed of 300-450 rotations/minute for 25-40 minutes, drop-wisely adding sodium aluminate during stirring process, stirring the mixture at 20-35 degrees C for 4-6 hours to obtain a first mixture; (ii) adding modified chitosan and sodium tripolyphosphate into the first mixture and stirring at 45-60 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain a second mixture; (iii) cooling the second mixture to room temperature, adding phenolic resin and adjusting its pH to 10-11, adding Musella lasiocarpa powder, stirring at 40-45 degrees C for 3-5 hours to obtain a third mixture; and (iv) adding sodium lignosulfonate into the third mixture, stirring for 2-6 hours, washing with deionized water for 3-5 times, subjecting to suction filtration, washing with 50 vol.% ethanol solution for 3-4 times, then freeze-drying to obtain solid product.
