NOVELTY - Composite foam bead comprises polyurethane coated with graphene-containing aqueous polyurethane solution comprising comprises aqueous polyurethane, graphene aqueous slurry, aqueous antioxidant, crosslinking agents and deionized water to form an aqueous polyurethane antistatic coating. The foaming ratio of polypropylene foamed beads is 8-45 times. The surface of polypropylene foamed beads is cleaned and degreased by ultrasonic waves and plasma is activated at low temperature. USE - Composite foamed bead for molded component (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composite foam bead has excellent antistatic effect and has specific gravity of 23-130 kg/m3. The graphene distribution on the surface of the polypropylene composite foamed beads is more uniform. The preparation process is environmentally-friendly.
