NOVELTY - Graphene sheet material comprises a graphene layer, a first protective layer and a second protective layer that are pressed on both sides of the graphene layer. The insulating layer is adhered to the second protection layer through a first bonding layer, where the graphene sheet and the insulating sheet are respectively formed by precise die cutting and forming and then attached. USE - Graphene sheet material for use in manufacturing process of graphene plate material used in electronic device element i.e., circuit board in mobile phone. ADVANTAGE - The graphene layer and the insulating layer are respectively formed by precise die cutting and forming and then attached, improves the precision of the prepared graphene layer, and can improve the size precision. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a manufacturing process of graphene plate material.
