▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation of aqueous high conductivity graphene ink comprises adding conductive graphite to carboxylated cellulose nanocrystal water dispersion, grinding, filtering after ultrasonic treatment to obtain aqueous conductive slurry, mixing aqueous conductive slurry with aqueous resin dispersion, adding additive and mixing. USE - The method is used for preparation of aqueous high conductivity graphene ink for electronic label, energy, coating, ink, battery, artificial intelligence, aerospace and communication (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The ink adopts mixed acid method to modify microcrystalline cellulose and regulates degree of carboxylation on the surface of cellulose through different reaction temperatures to improve water dispersibility and stability of cellulose. The higher concentration of carboxyl groups on the surface improves dispersion concentration of graphene fillers in aqueous phase, as well as lower dispersion particle size, and produce good compatibility with binders e.g. water-based resins.
