NOVELTY - The device has a shell (1) whose inner side is located on a bottom insulating layer (2). The shell is located on an inner insulating layer (3). A decorative cover (4) is installed on an upper unit of the shell. The inner insulating layer and the decorative cover are formed with a sealed space that is filled with liquid cooling medium. A flexible connecting structure is fixed in the sealed space. Two flexible connecting cups (5), an outer decorative cup buckle (6) and a bottom cup buckle (7) are located on the flexible connecting structure. The outer decorative cup buckle is formed with an outer side of two through holes. The liquid cooling medium is selected from medical alcohol with concentration of 45 to 75 %. The flexible connecting structure adopts process of adding graphene material to silica gel. USE - Flexible heat exchange device for use in a beverage bottle. ADVANTAGE - The device can make the beverage required by an user so as to quickly reduce room temperature to optimal drinking taste temperature of 10-15 degree centigrade within predetermined time, so that structural characteristic of the flexible connecting structure can be applied to a beverage bottle without utilizing size.
