NOVELTY - A pet urine pad preparation method involves dispersing graphite oxide in water, ultrasonically dispersing, obtaining 1-5 mg/ml graphene oxide dispersion A, adding 100 mass parts graphene oxide dispersion A and 0.5-2 mass parts phytic acid to PTFE reactor, reacting for 2-6 hours, freeze-drying obtained product, obtaining graphene sponge material B, homogenizing 10 mass parts graphene sponge material B and 0.5-5 mass parts catalyst, utilizing 0.1-0.5 mass parts coupling agent for surface modification treatment, obtaining graphene-based deodorant C, adding 0.5-5.5 mass parts graphene-based deodorant to 100 mass parts superabsorbent resin, uniformly mixing to obtain mixture D, pressing the mixture D in toilet paper and pressing wood pulp, obtaining absorbent layer E and arranging non-woven fabric (surface layer), absorbent layer and polyethylene membrane (underlying layer). USE - Method for preparing pet urine pad. ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing non-toxic and harmless pet urine pad with excellent deodorizing effect and better dispersibility, stability and durability and suitability for removing variety of odors and not causing irritation and damage to pet skin and generating pungent odor.
