NOVELTY - Prepreg with electromagnetic shielding function comprises 40-50 pts. wt. prepreg resin mixture, 49-59 pts. wt. fiber layer and 1-10 pts. wt. shielding layer. The prepreg resin mixture comprises 60-97 pts. wt. resin matrix, 2-30 pts. wt. toughening agent and 1-10 pts. wt. nano filler. USE - Used as prepreg with electromagnetic shielding function. ADVANTAGE - This prepreg: has excellent manufacturability, stable electromagnetic shielding performance, high shielding effect and good mechanical properties; has reliable shielding effect and unaffected by the process; and can be used to prepare composite material products with electromagnetic shielding function. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the prepreg with electromagnetic shielding function, comprising (i) drying the resin matrix, toughening agent, nano-filler, fiber layer and shielding layer at drying temperature of 60-110 degrees C for 1-10 hours, (ii) heating the resin matrix to molten state, and uniformly mixing with the toughening agent and nano fillers to obtain a prepreg resin mixture, (iii) arranging the fiber layer regularly on the yarn guide system of the prepreg machine, (iv) sticking the fiber layer arranged in step (iii) on at least one side of the shielding layer, and obtaining reinforced material mixture, (v) combining the prepreg resin mixture obtained in step (ii) with the reinforced material mixture obtained in step (iv) through prepreg machine, and obtaining the electromagnetic shielding prepreg, the composite hot-melting temperature is 60-150 degrees C, and the hot-melting pressure is 0.1-2 MPa.
