▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - A carbon fiber composite has metal, metal carbide microparticles or hollow structure interposed between carbon fiber and graphene layer which forms a projection part protruding from the surface in the radius direction of the carbon fiber. USE - Carbon fiber composite for e.g. preform body (claimed), structural material, conductive resin, electroconductive molding, heat conductive resin, heat conductive resin molding, packaging material, gasket, container, resistor or electric wire used in household appliance, vehicle, aircraft, mechanical housing, pole material of battery or electromagnetic wave shielding material. ADVANTAGE - The carbon fiber composite has surface durability in high temperature, connection with carbon nanotube and attachment with carbon fiber composite and matrix is firm, deterioration of physical property of carbon nanotube by surface modification is prevented, thermal conductivity, electroconductivity, and mechanical strength is favorable and process for providing 3-D structure is unnecessary. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) manufacture of carbon fiber composite involving heating mixed gas catalyst, hydrocarbon and carbon substance, growing intermediate carbon fiber body, immersing in organic solvent solution consist of organometallic compound or metal salt aqueous solution with surface active agent, drying, immersing in organic solvent binder solution, drying, heating at 800-3000 degrees C and coating with graphene layer; and (2) manufacture of carbon fiber composite preform body involving carbon fiber hot pressing at 100-200 degrees C and heating the formed molding at 800-3000 degrees C.
