NOVELTY - Preparing heat-resistant grease-proof automobile engine hollow tube comprises e.g. (i) adding sodium silicate, graphene and tetrabutyl titanate into dilute sulfuric acid, soaking, washing and drying to obtain modified silica gel, (ii) subjecting expanded vermiculite, 3-ammonopropyl triethoxy silane and graphite to contact reaction with hydrochloric acid solution and filtering to obtain activated modifier, (iii) adding neoprene, fluorine rubber, polycaprolactam, cyclodextrin, kaolin, beeswax, sulfur, stearates, zinc chloride, sodium tungstate, modified silica gel and activation modifying agent. USE - The method is useful for preparing heat-resistant grease-proof automobile engine hollow tube. ADVANTAGE - The tube has excellent mechanical strength and different oil resistance and heat resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing heat-resistant grease-proof automobile engine hollow tube comprises (i) adding sodium silicate, graphene and tetrabutyl titanate into dilute sulfuric acid, soaking, washing and drying to obtain modified silica gel, (ii) subjecting expanded vermiculite, 3-ammonopropyl triethoxy silane and graphite to contact reaction with hydrochloric acid solution, filtering and taking filter cake to obtain activated modifier, (iii) adding neoprene, fluorine rubber, polycaprolactam, cyclodextrin, kaolin, beeswax, sulfur, stearates, zinc chloride, sodium tungstate, modified silica gel and activation modifying agent, mixing, milling and molding to obtain heat resistant automobile engine hollow pipe, where, in the step (i), with respect to 100 pts. wt. sodium silicate, the graphene is used in an amount of 1-1.8 pts. wt., the tetrabutyl titanate is used in an amount of 2.5-3.2 pts. wt. and dilute sulfuric acid is used in an amount of 300-500 pts. wt., in the step (i), drying temperature is 500-550 degrees C, the drying time is 1-2 hours, in the step (ii), with respect to 100 pts. wt. expanded vermiculite, the 3-aminopropyltriethoxysilane is used in an amount of 5-10 pts. wt. the amount of graphite is 3-8 pts. wt. and the amount of the hydrochloric acid solution is 150-200 pts. wt., the contact reaction temperature is 80-90 degrees C, the reaction time is 8-12 hours, in the step (iii), with respect to 100 pts. wt. neoprene rubber, the fluorine rubber is used in an amount of 55-62 pts. wt., the polycaprolactam is used in an amount of 17-28 pts. wt., the cyclodextrin is used in an amount of 8-13 pts. wt., the amount of kaolin is 10-15 pts. wt., the amount of the beeswax is 22-29 pts. wt., the amount of sulfur is 10-17 pts. wt., the stearate is used in an amount of 3.5-8 pts. wt., the amount of zinc chloride is 5-9 pts. wt., the sodium tungstate is used in an amount of 5.5-8.5 pts. wt., the amount of the modified silica gel is 21-26 pts. wt., the activation modifier is used in an amount of 30-34 pts. wt..
