▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Modified silane coupling agent prepared by epicatechin modified 3-(2,3-glycidoxy)propyltrimethoxysilane. USE - The modified silane coupling agent is used in modified graphene oxide, preparing LED packaging material, improving light transmittance and high temperature resistance of LED packaging material. The 5-methoxy-3,3-dimethylindoline is useful in increasing the refractive index of LED packaging materials (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The modified silane coupling agent has excellent light transmittance, high temperature resistance and high hardness, compressive strength and refractive index. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) modified graphene oxide prepared by modifying the modified silane coupling agent; (2) preparing LED packaging material comprising (1) adding the graphene oxide into de-ionized water and absolute ethyl alcohol, ultrasonically dispersing for 25-45 minutes under the power of 220-280 W, adding the modified silane coupling agent, continuously ultrasonically dispersing for 1-2 hours, centrifuging to obtain precipitate, washing, (2) mixing the precipitate de-ionized water according to weight ratio of 1: 15-25, ultrasonically dispersing for 35-60 minutes at 150-250 W power, adding hydrazine hydrate, ultrasonically processing for 3-6 hours at 55-75 degrees C, centrifuging, washing, drying to obtain the modified graphene oxide, (3) orderly adding tetrahydrofuran and polymethylphenylsiloxane in the three-mouth flask, adding tartaric acid and the modified graphene oxide, and placing in the oil bath, heating to 65-80 degrees C, dropping epoxy resin into the three-mouth flask, finishing for 50-80 minutes, finishing adding dibutyl tin laurate and de-ionized water, raising the temperature to 105-120 degrees C, stirring and reacting for 6-8 hours at the temperature, cooling to 75-85 degrees C, vacuumizing the three-mouth flask until the vacuum degree is 10-12 Pa, and stirring and reacting for 30-60 minutes, cooling to room temperature to obtain the reactant, (4) adding 3-hydroxy-phthalic anhydride into the reactant, stirring for 5-10 minutes, adding imidazole and dimethyl pyridine, stirring for 35-60 minutes to obtain the LED packaging material; and (3) use of 5-methoxy-3,3-dimethylindoline in increasing the refractive index of LED packaging materials.
