NOVELTY - A cutting-resistant ultra-molecular weight polyethylene fiber comprises 100 pts. wt. ultra-high molecular weight polyethylene, 3-5 pts. wt. coupling agent, 10-20 pts. wt. nano boron fibers, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 10-15 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silfluorene/allyl pentafluoro benzene/phenyl vinyl sulfide/1-adamantyl acrylate copolymer, and 1-2 pts. wt. photoinitiator. USE - Cutting-resistant ultra-molecular weight polyethylene fiber used in aerospace industry, sea defense industry, weaponry and daily industry. ADVANTAGE - The method has short process flow, high preparation efficiency, convenient and easy operation, small device dependency, low energy consumption, and suitable for continuous scale production. The ultra-molecular weight polyethylene fiber has high strength, high cutting-resistant grade, and excellent heat-aging resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of cutting-resistant ultra-molecular weight polyethylene fiber, which involves mixing raw materials except the photoinitiator uniformly to obtain spinning raw material, dispersing the spinning raw material in organic solvent, stirring and dispersing, and obtaining spinning stock solution with concentration of 3-5 wt.%, using the gel spinning method to spin the spinning solution, spinning at 235-285℃, and extracting prepared gel filament, soaking ether solution with concentration of 5-10 %mass photoinitiator, taking out, irradiating with ultraviolet light with wavelength of 200-250 nm for 20-30 minutes, and drying at 85-95℃.
