NOVELTY - High-strength heat-resistant polyethylene material comprises 55-75 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 20-40 pts. wt. maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, 5-15 pts. wt. silicon-containing arylyne resin, 15-25 pts. wt. heat-resistant modified filler, 5-10 pts. wt. nano-zirconium carbide, 3-8 pts. wt. modified carbon nanotube, 5-15 pts. wt. graphene, 0.5-5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 2-8 pts. wt. polyethylene wax, 5-12 pts. wt. basalt fiber powder, 2-5 pts. wt. rare earth compound, 3-6 pts. wt. toughening agent and 2-5 pts. wt. compatibilizer. USE - Used as high-strength heat-resistant polyethylene material. ADVANTAGE - The material: ensures that the polyethylene material has specific tensile strength and bending strength; has greatly improved heat resistance; ensures the improvement of the bonding state of the two-phase interface in the blending system; and realizes the stability of the multi-phase system between various inorganic fillers and resins. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the polyethylene material, comprising (i) taking polyethylene resin, maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, silicon-containing arylyne resin, heat-resistant modified filler, nano-zirconium carbide, modified carbon nanotubes, graphene, antioxidant, polyethylene wax, basalt fiber powder, rare earth compound, toughening agent, and compatibilizer, (ii) mechanically stirring and mixing polyethylene resin, and heat-resistant modified filler for 10-30 minutes, adding to a crusher, crushing to obtain a mixed material, drying nano-zirconium carbide, modified carbon nanotube, graphene, basalt fiber powder and rare earth compound, mechanical stirring and mixing for 15-25 minutes, and high-speed grinding to obtain mixed filler, (iii) stirring and mixing the mixture obtained in the step (ii) with the maleic anhydride grafted polypropylene, silicon-containing arylyne resin, antioxidant, polyethylene wax, toughening agent and compatibilizer, then adding mixed filler obtained in the step (ii), and continuously stirring and mixing to obtain mixed base material, and (iv) transferring the mixed base material obtained in the step (iii) to a double-screw extruder, extruding by double-screw extruder, then cooling, cutting and drying to obtain finished product.
