▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A high-performance metal ceramic composite slurry is prepared by adding high-performance metal ceramic powder into dispersant solution i.e. anionic dispersant, stirring, adding thickening agent i.e. sodium carboxymethyl cellulose, adding graphene into high-performance metal ceramic solution, and dispersing at high speed to obtain high-performance metal ceramic composite solution, adding binder i.e. acrylic binder into high-performance metal ceramic composite solution, uniformly dispersing, adding wetting agent i.e. silicone ether surfactant into uniformly dispersed high-performance metal ceramic composite solution, and stirring to disperse uniformly. The high-performance metal ceramic powder comprises barium sulfate with grain diameter distribution (D50) of 0.1-5 microns. USE - The method is useful for preparing high-performance metal ceramic composite slurry, which is useful in diaphragm of lithium battery (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables preparing the high-performance metal ceramic composite slurry with better effect of improving service life of the high-performance metal ceramic composite diaphragm in the high energy ray environment.
