▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Process for elaboration of graphene comprises: depositing a layer comprising amorphous carbon on a substrate; and annealing the layer by photonic- and/or electronic-irradiation to obtain a layer comprising graphene. USE - The process is useful for the elaboration of graphene, which is useful: in the field of nanoelectronics; to form a basic component of electronics such as a transistor; in the field of gas detection; to form other carbonaceous materials such as nanotubes or fullerenes; and to conduct fundamental physical experiments, including nanometrics. ADVANTAGE - The graphene: is stable at room temperature; and has improved mechanical rigidity.
