NOVELTY - A graphene structure contains graphene fixed to a substrate in which bonding is formed between portion to which hydrophilic process is performed, or portion to which hydrophilic process is not performed. The graphene contains amino group of silane-coupling compounds, self-organization single molecules, or high molecular compounds as functional group (I), and hydroxyl group, carboxyl group, carbonyl group, or sulfo group as functional group (II). The surface of the substrate has a silane bond, or atom of gold, silver, copper, platinum, or mercury. USE - Graphene structure is used for electronic device elements e.g. conductor and semiconductor for electronic devices (all claimed) e.g. solar cell. Can also be used for field emission transistor, transparent thin film transistor array, high-sensitive magnetic sensor, electrical engineering apparatus, material analysis apparatus, optical communication apparatus, wireless communication apparatus, and wire communication apparatus. ADVANTAGE - The graphene structure is manufactured economically and effectively. The graphene can be patterned with high accuracy and precision. The bonding of thiol group, sulfide group, or disulfide group containing sulfur atom, and metal atom is carried out on the surface of substrate. Functional group (I) is coupled with substrate through a molecular chain including silane bond, or molecular chain including coupling group containing sulfur atom and metal ion.
