NOVELTY - High temperature resistant release paper with low stripping force comprises a laminating film layer, a base paper layer, an adhesive layer, a high temperature resistant film layer, an antistatic layer, a silicone oil paper layer and a release film layer, where the curtain coating layer and the adhesive layer are respectively set on the two side surfaces of raw paper layer, the upper surface of the adhesive layer is orderly provided with a high temperature resistant film layer, an antistatic layer, silicone oilpaper layer and release film layer, where the raw paper is: 80-90 pts. wt. raw paper wood pulp, 10-20 pts. wt. polyethylene glycol terephthalate, 5-10 pts. wt. sorbitol, where the raw paper wood pulp is softwood pulp and hardwood pulp and the spraying film layer is low-emission polyethylene spraying film layer. USE - Used as high temperature resistant release paper with low stripping force. ADVANTAGE - The release paper: adds high temperature resistant auxiliary agent and high temperature resistant reinforcing agent, thus the release paper has strong high temperature resistance; adds antistatic layer, thus the release paper is not only has strong high temperature resistance, and also has strong antistatic ability; can ensures that the grid pattern pressed after the silicone oil paper layer is coated, which can make the release paper not easy to wrinkle after the release agent is applied and dried and can reduce the peel force to less than 3 g; and has higher degree. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for processing the high temperature resistant release paper, comprising (i) cutting the dried raw paper into the needed size, horizontally unfolding the dried raw paper; (ii) using a laminating machine to spray a layer of laminating film on the front surface of the dried base paper, turning over the dried base paper after the film layer is dried; (iii) coating a layer of adhesive layer on the other side of the dry paper, adding a layer of high temperature resistant film layer on the surface of the adhesive layer; (iv) coating antistatic layer on the high temperature resistant film layer, then performing corona treatment; (v) coating a layer of silicone oil paper layer on the surface of the antistatic layer, then rolling and laminating the grid grain pressing roller, coating a layer of release agent on the silicone oil paper layer after pasting, drying the release paper after finishing coating for 15-20 seconds under the condition of 80-90 degrees C, then drying for 1 minute under the condition of 30-50 degrees C to obtain the low stripping force of the high temperature resistant release paper; and (vi) obtaining the high temperature resistant release paper with low peel force, and performing performance test.
