NOVELTY - Preparing negative charge oxidation graphene oxide GO-graphene comprises (a) adding concentrated sulfuric acid to the reaction vessel, adding graphite powder, persulfate and phosphorus oxide, diluting, filtering the solution, washing and drying to obtain a graphite solution, (b) adding potassium permanganate, adding water to dilute, then adding hydrogen peroxide to react to obtain an intermediate solution, and (c) taking out the supernatant, washing the precipitate with acid solution, filtering, drying, dispersing in water, dialyzing, centrifuging, and drying. USE - Preparation method of negative black hole of graphene oxide of printed circuit board (PCB). Uses include but are not limited to electronic watch, calculator, large to computer, communication electronic device, military weapon system, and integrated circuit e.g. electronic component. ADVANTAGE - The graphene oxide adsorption layer number is increased, the conductivity is better, which is good for reducing the subsequent electroplating process of time and current power, saving the cost. The conductive performance is good relative to other carbon base material which is sheet structure, easy to form film after drying, and it does not need to add other dispersant, it also can achieve better dispersibility. The method of graphene oxide direct black hole circuit board does not use additional pore-forming agent, because it will not cause the effect of the pore forming agent on the subsequent process, depending on the positive and negative charge of the graphene oxide itself to finish layer-by-layer self-assembly to achieve the purpose of conducting in the hole.
