NOVELTY - Graphene composite material comprises graphene, modified sepiolite powder, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, fluoroether rubber, barium castor oil, sodium dodecyl sulfate, di-tert-butoxydicarbonate, antioxidant ODA, and antioxidant H; the preparation of the modified sepiolite powder, comprising crushing the sepiolite into sepiolite powder, drying, mixing with ether, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain the uniformly dispersed suspension, adding superfine silica gel powder into the suspension and mixing, refluxing, separating the solid, drying to obtain modified sepiolite powder. USE - The material is useful for heat conducting material for an automobile (claimed). DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Graphene composite material comprises 2.2-2.9% graphene, 18-23% modified sepiolite powder, 66-74% ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, 1.8-2.5% fluoroether rubber, 0.4-0.7% barium castor oil, 0.3-0.6% sodium dodecyl sulfate, 1.3-1.6% di-tert-butoxydicarbonate, 0.9-1.3% antioxidant ODA, and 1.1-1.4% antioxidant H; the preparation of the modified sepiolite powder, comprising crushing the sepiolite into sepiolite powder, drying, mixing with ether, ultrasonically dispersing to obtain the uniformly dispersed suspension, adding superfine silica gel powder into the suspension and mixing, refluxing at 82-90 degrees C for 2-3 hours, separating the solid, drying to obtain modified sepiolite powder. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing graphene composite material comprising (i) weighing the graphene, modified sepiolite powder, ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber, fluoroether rubber, barium castor oil, sodium dodecyl sulfate, di-tert-butoxydicarbonate, antioxidant ODA, and antioxidant H; (ii) mixing the proportion of ethylene propylene diene monomer rubber and fluoroether rubber to obtain rubber mixture; (iii) dispersing the modified sepiolite powder is uniformly on the rubber mixture by strong air flow dispersion method, to obtain homogeneous mixture of modified sepiolite powder and rubber; (iv) mixing the homogeneous mixture with graphene in a high-speed mixer, adding barium castor oil, sodium dodecyl sulfate, di-tert-butoxydicarbonate, antioxidant ODA, and antioxidant H, mixing, pouring into the blend extruder, stirring and reacting for 4-5 hours at 235-245 degrees C, discharging to obtain the grapheme composite material by molding after drying at room temperature.
