NOVELTY - The sensor has a substrate whose bottom part is provided with a top layer and a metal layer. The metal layer is matched with a lower surface of a resonant cavity. A periphery part of the resonant cavity is matched with a sunken of first straight waveguide and a second straight waveguide. The first straight waveguide and the second waveguide are provided with a single- layer graphene that is matched with the substrate. A base layer is a silicon layer. The metal layer is Silver layer. A temperature sensing medium is matched with the resonant cavity. USE - Surface plasma resonance sensor. ADVANTAGE - The sensor has small volume, fast response, simple preparation process and sensitivity, and can realize nano-level sensing of biological in medical detection field.
