NOVELTY - The block has a channel bed base body whose top surface of connecting end is provided with a groove (11). A bottom part of the groove is embedded with a bolt. The grooves in each channel bed base body and the adjacent grooves in the other channel bed base body jointly bear rail bearing. The channel bed base body is made of large-pore rubber asphalt mixed material as matrix material, and graphene modified emulsified asphalt-cement-based composite ballast elastic curing grouting material filled in the matrix material. The composite ballast elastic curing grouting material comprises water ash ratio is 0.3-0.5, and leaching rubber ratio is 0.2-0.6 that are fully dispersed in water. USE - Assembled semi-flexible asphalt concrete road bed block used for bearing and fixing sleeper to form road bed. ADVANTAGE - The block has excellent strength, rigidity, bearing capacity, good asphalt flexibility, and strong deformation ability. The construction of the bed block using assembly type construction avoids large field casting difficulty, the ballast cleaning degree and drying condition requirement is high. The multi-angle of bed block solves the problems of complex construction and high cost in the existing technology.
