▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Double-plasmon resonance wavelength tuner based on double-layer graphene nano-belt structure comprises multiple first graphene nano-bands arranged on the upper portion of the glass medium with equal-distance and coplanar, and multiple second graphene nanoro-bands arranged below the glass material with equal distance and coplanar. A second graphene nanofibers is set arranged below a glass medium. Total width of the glass medium is 3 microns. Thickness of the glass medium is 800nm. Length of the first graphene and length of the glass medium is same. USE - Double-plasmon resonance wavelength tuner based on double-layer graphene nano-belt structure for use in resonance wavelength tuning processing technology field. ADVANTAGE - The tuner realizes effective adjustment of plasmon resonance wavelength in different wave band respectively by fixing the chemical potential of one layer graphene in the nano-band, and changing the other layer of the graphene potential of the nano band, thus realizing the adjusting of the double resonance wavelength of the tuner in the transmissivity curve in an effective manner.
