NOVELTY - A coating material comprises 60-80 pts. wt. polypropylene, 3-30 pts. wt. ethylene-methyl methacrylate (EMMA), 0.05-5 pts. wt. graphene microchip, 0.3-1.5 pts. wt. surface active agent, 0.01-1.0 pt. wt. melt index adjusting agent, 0.5-5 pts. wt. diluent, 0.3-3 pts. wt. dispersant, and 0.1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent. The graphene microchip is subjected to surface modification treatment using nano-silica dispersion liquid and is made into masterbatch. USE - Polypropylene functional coating material for functional composite film, aluminum-plastic composite bag, plastic bag and packaging products. ADVANTAGE - The coating material has excellent fluidity, electrical conduction function, and strong bonding with aluminum material, paper, polyamide, polyethylene terephthalate and polar substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for production of coating material, which involves (1) diluting nano-silica dispersion and silane coupling agent with absolute ethanol, where dilution factor is 2-4 times with anhydrous ethanol in ratio 1:(2-4), (2) pouring the graphene microchip into the kneader, spraying diluted nano-silica dispersion, stirring for 15-30 minutes, spraying with diluted silane coupling agent, stirring for 15-30 minutes, (3) adding powdered polypropylene and EMMA in ratio (2-4):1 in kneader, stirring for 10-15 minutes, (4) feeding the kneaded material into twin-screw extruder to granulate and obtain graphene masterbatch, weighing melt index regulator, diluting with acetone in ratio 1:(4-6), adding polypropylene powder into the high-speed mixer, adding the diluted melt index adjusting agent, stirring for 2 minutes, adding other components, stirring for 3-5 minutes, and feeding the mixed material into twin-screw extruder to extrude and granulate.
